The textured side of the glass is located on the inside between the panes on all entrance door panels with ornamental glass. This ensures particular ease of cleaning.
Glass fascination
Glass has always been an object of fascination. There are very few other materials that can be processed using different methods to allow such unusual designs. The material also represents a technically superior development; we manufacture low emissivity glass with a U value of 1.6 W/sqm K (with the exception of some stained and colour glass).
Ornamental glass
For purposes of comparison, we have taken pictures of some of these types of ornamental glass in one and the same entrance hall to give you an impression of the higher or lower levels of transparency they create. For technical reasons, it is of course not possible to exactly replicate the effect. Your specialist retailer can therefore show you a wide range of samples and will be happy to advise you.
